Senior Electrical Engineer
DMD requires a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer. The continuing demand on the kinds of services we provide and the relationships developed with our numerous clients has prompted us to expand our market beyond our transportation related focus.
Our goal is to round out our firm’s capability and experience with a senior electrical engineer with the following qualifications:
- Seven or more years experience;
- A registered professional engineer in BC and/or Alberta;
- Entrepreneurial, client focused and team leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams;
- Have proven interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communications skills, computer skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually;
- Solid design skills and expertise in power distribution, controls and lighting;
- Resourceful and detail oriented.
- Undertake designs;
- Manage projects;
- Mentor junior staff;
- Sign and seal drawings;
- Interface with clients and contractors.

DMD was formed in 2000 with four employees. Since then, we have grown to a staff of over 20. We anticipate more growth and are seeking additional staff to join us in our adventure.
